Payment Policy
At Home Staging Spain, we offer interior design, relocation, and home staging services. Our Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for our services and deposits made for the purchase of furniture and décor. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.
Hourly Services
For interior design and relocation services, we charge an hourly rate based on the time spent on the requested services. The following conditions apply:

Deposit: Clients must make a deposit corresponding to the estimated number of hours required to complete the requested services. This deposit is non-refundable.

Additional Hours: If the project requires more hours than initially estimated, the client will be notified in advance, and an additional payment will be required.

Payment Schedule: Clients will receive a weekly invoice for the services provided. Payment must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.
Home Staging Services
For home staging services, payment is based on the agreed staging package. The following conditions apply:

Deposit: Clients must make a deposit corresponding to the selected staging package. This deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Schedule: Clients will receive an invoice for any additional costs or rental fees related to furniture and décor, as well as any other pre-agreed expenses. Payment must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.
Deposits for Furniture and Décor
For deposits toward the purchase of furniture and décor, the following conditions apply:

Non-Refundable: Deposits made for the purchase of furniture and décor are non-refundable.

Delivery and Installation: Clients will be informed of the estimated delivery and installation schedule for purchased furniture and décor.

Balance Payment: Clients must pay the remaining balance for the furniture and décor at the time of delivery and installation.
Important Information
Please note that failure to meet the specified payment deadlines may result in delays in service delivery. We reserve the right to suspend services or halt the project until payment is received.
