Once staging is complete, we create professional marketing materials to make your listing attractive and “Instagrammable.” This can include high-quality photography, lifestyle videos, and virtual tours.

For buyers and tenants, we offer a post-sale service to ensure the property is ready to move into. We personalize the home according to their preferences, whether using the staged furniture or integrating their own, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move.

OUR PRICES
Each property is different, so it’s difficult to provide an exact price upfront. However, it usually ranges between 0.5% and 1% of the property’s sale price. This includes the walkthrough, design, furniture delivery, installation, styling, photoshoot, and 3 months of furniture rental, with a flexible renewal option if needed.
